Can someone expain how paypal works? Want to buy something on Ebay, but want to make sure I am doing it right.

Want to buy games gifts from countries around the world that are not available in Australia. Will pay by Paypal. Small orders to start, may be large orders after.

We have a registered company in India

We want to open a business account and merchant account in USA. is it possible ?

We do not want third party processors like 2checkout or paypal etc

I just all of a sudden want a PS2 but don’t want to pay retail for it. I went to ebay and people are asking at least 120 for a preplayed PS2(old version).

Am wondering if the wrong bank account number was used. I filed a new one recently and removed the old one. There is plenty of monies in it to pay for anything I buy. They said bank refused to pay. They must have used the old closed account number. Please notify me immediately. I am very concerned about this. Wondering if someone else used my paypal account. If so, I want to know. I need this straightened out now, because the last thing I order was a black onyx ring, and I want it very much. Please help me !!!!

Want to make a bit of money on ebay and cannot come up with a product or item.. on a budget.. need suggestions..

So I’m looking for a used 3gen iPod, primarily for music, but it’s gonna be running linux (hence the want for a used one). I haven’t had any luck on ebay.
