Are incoming calls free? (once you’ve payed the 12 month activation fee which apparently ranges from 18-60$ 3-12 months (doesn’t sound to shabby). However there outgoing minutes are high 0.21 cent per minute if you live in the US. Is it worth getting this service? Also any other features you know about if your an existing customer would be good.

also moneybookers how much does that cost to use is it a free service for paying with debit cards?

After repeated attempts to obtain a Skypein number and repeated payments to them out of my Paypal account, I have yet to get a number. They always cancel the order even though I have sufficent funds. Has anybody had the same problem?
