Can anyone help me? I bought an Omega watch from a website called shopstarstyle weeks ago it said it came with original papers warranty etc. It arrived from China no papers and it was a fake. The site wont answer my e mails etc and the money was sent through Moneybookers. Ive contacted Moneybookers and they wont get involved as they say they have transferred the money and done their part of the bargain – HELP!!!!!

What can I do to get a refund from Coral Eurobet( U.K Bookmaker).They froze my a/c worth $1000 & won,t refund.
Question Details: I opened a betting account with Coral Eurobet with $150 in april 2007.I lost it all.I again deposited $150 & this time around It went on & on.At one point it was worth over $1500.In the first week of june while the account was worth around $1000,they froze my account.They told me that this activity was not consistent with my region.I am currently living in Dubai UAE.They told me that they would refund the total amount very shortly.It has been two months now & despite a lot of promises from their side I am still waiting for the refund.Initially they kept saying that at the moment they had a very heavy load of clients reclaiming their funds & I would also get my money shortly in to my moneybookers account.Now they have stopped replying to my emails as well.There has been no feedback from them for the last couple of weeks
Please tell me what can I do?

I live in South Africa and recently bought a $500 Xbox360 for my boyfriend for his birthday. The problem is after I paypal’d this person they sent it to the “wrong” address and then I requested a refund as I was not going to wait another month for it to come.

She refuses to give me a refund or even sending me another Xbox. I can’t file a claim through ebay or Paypal because it has been longer than 45 days. (that is their rule)

What I would like to know is what steps I can take in order to get my money back from her. Please remember that I stay in South Africa and she lives in America.

I looked at her feedback and she has received 10 negative feedbacks in the last month….before I bought from her she was a 100% positive feedback seller.

I have done over 60 transactions on ebay…all going smoothly. So it’s quite a shock to hear that she is not going to refund me or send another item. She claims that I am at fault here!!!

When I made the hotel room reservation, the hotel management of De Meradieno assured me of refund of my whole payment in case I cancelled my reservation. After a week after I made the reservation, I decided to cancel it since I had some problems with my visa processing. Now that I am requesting to refund the money that I paid, the hotel management ask me to pay $350 US dollars as Caution fees to assured that I am the one who made the reservation. This was their new Cancellation policy according to them. I made the payment through Western Union & I expect the refund through Western union also, so I see no problem since my name was on the transaction slip when I made the payment to the hotel. My worry now is if the De Meradieno Hotel really exist or not. If not, how can I refund the money that I paid to them? I hope you can help me refund my money.

they just FORCED me to do a refund for something I didnt offer insurance on!!! so anyone can lie and say they didnt get their stuff even if they did!…. they didnt even tell me anything they were just going to take the money from my account based on her word and also limit my access to my paypal account!!!! I just tried to buy something on ebay and I CANT!!!!! and cant until her payment clears!!!!! WTF??????????
on top of it the IDIOTS took their cut AGAIN of the $10.00 refund so she will get only $9.41 for her refund!!!! WTF?????????????????????? they didnt even give me an option to enter a dollar amount, they are so ate up! so they FORCE you to do a refund to ever use your paypal account again, and dont even give them the right amount!!!! OMGGGGGGGGGGGG they were going to take it they said without my consent but they said there were “insufficient funds” holy crap they could have bounced my account! and I had no idea because my ebay email has a major glitch where i dont even get HALF my e mails!!!! some come through some dont….. well this I had no idea about until they said they were just taking it! or until just this morning when I TRIED to buy something with “buy it now” option and it wouldnt let me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! now I have to wait few days until her refund clears until I can pay for what I just bought holy crap im pissed.

Is there a way to get the rest of the money back and report the scumbag to the proper authority for online fraud?
