I have a turkish paypal acount. I don’t want to add my credit card on my PayPal account. I found out that because of that, I can not be a verified. How is “not being a verified PayPal user” going to affect my account use? Could I still use PayPal to receive and withdraw money?

I heard that you can be unverified user for a while, but after sometime, if you don’t verify your account , they will lock it. is this true?

1. No, paypal is not an option. My friend in Germany does not have a paypal account.
2. My Priority is internet transfer.
3. Also advise me on real world transfer.
