MADRID, May 1 — Four Western European countries threw their doors open today to workers from the east and four others eased restrictions as the European Union entered a new phase in integrating its newest members.

Spain, whose economy is the largest of the four and a former exporter of workers, is now hungry for immigrants to sustain its growing economy. Its decision to lift the restrictions takes the 25-member bloc a step closer to fully integrating the generally poorer countries from Eastern and Central Europe that were admitted two years ago.

Portugal, Greece and Finland also lifted restrictions on workers from the 10 new European Union members today, while France, Italy, Belgium and Luxembourg softened them.

The restrictions were imposed in May 2004 by 12 of the E.U.’s 15 members prior to expansion. The other three — Britain, Ireland and Sweden — decided from the start to let workers from the new members in.

If an immigrant sends money home to mexico they are not charged taxes on it even though a man can send 5000.00 american dollars home via western union without tax then he can pick up that same amount the next day and be free of all taxes isnt that a form of laundering???

I used to own an Atari Jaguar with most cartridge games, including such rarities as BattleSphere and Atari Karts. I sold it to work overseas. I would like to get another Jaguar and start collecting again, but I live in Mexico and can not use PayPal to pay for auctions on eBay.
