I found the perfect perfect wedding band on ebay!! it’s from India, only one problem, I didnt win it online i missed the auction for it! well i emailed the guy and he told me that he’d let me buy one all i had to do was wire him the money through western union………but when i went on ebay they said its very unsafe to go through western union because i didnt win the item through them. Am i just being dumb? do you think he’s really just going to take the money? how do i make sure its a sure deal????

I’m from India. I have HSBC(visa) credit card. When i am trying to deposit the money using this card then it is showing the error ” Prohibited country”. I even tried with neteller and moneybookers. But i could not upload the funds using this card. Can any one suggest me the best way to upload the funds to the betfair account?
