What is paypal? how does it work? Do i need a credit card to have a paypal account?

Also I dn’t have a bank account, can i directly purchase a paypal account in cash?

Supposing I made a purchase online using Paypal but the product didn’t arrive in time, can I delay the payment? Also if the seller turned out to be a spammer, can i cancel the payment?

I have a turkish paypal acount. I don’t want to add my credit card on my PayPal account. I found out that because of that, I can not be a verified. How is “not being a verified PayPal user” going to affect my account use? Could I still use PayPal to receive and withdraw money?

I heard that you can be unverified user for a while, but after sometime, if you don’t verify your account , they will lock it. is this true?

well friends, i ve earned some money and transferred them to my e-gold account…now, the question is…can we get the money directly from e-gold? can we add that money to a credit card? or obtain a cheque from them something like that???? i am new to these stuff so pls provide me with details….and what abt paypal and alertpay? do these two function the same as e-gold??

I have an accoount on Ebay that uses payal and after I opened the account and tried to lift my limit of $500.oo / month limit via verifying my social security number/ bank account and credit card I find my slef locked in out of $10,000 in sales because they say my social security number does not verify and even my credit card does not get troug paytpal ( eventough it did on Ebay).
They sent me an email stating that i need ti fax them or mail a copy of drivers license and soc sec card, I did both.
They are yet to receivethe mailed forms but they emasili me saying they got the fax but still cannot lift the limit and sent me to another company called Expedite to review my information because it does mot match their records.
The pone number they gave me does not work from PR I cannot tlak to no one in expedite and I really need the money is my money for God sakes what can i Do i am out of options here?
