they have deposited a random amount between 1-2 euro and i need to know the exact amount

I want to wire-transfer from my checking acct. via Western Union, Money Gram, ect. Who provides these service

I do not possess a Credit Card or ATM/Debit card and need to wire $ via Internet or telephone. I need to purchase an pre-paid Visa/MC as well using my bank’s online banking services.

The least costly way to fund a moneybookers account? ?

I live in the USA and I need to open a moneybookers acct. I was on their website and they said they charge a 1.9% fee on debit card funding. However, I also read that it was only 1.5 to 3 Euros depending on the currency. Has anyone in the US opened an account with them?
