I just want to know if when you sell something on eBay, and the person pays, will the money go directly to my bank account?

I’m trying to send money to a paypal account but i can’t, i live in kuwait, and the paypal service is not provided here, I tried everything, is there an international way like paypal that i could open an account in it, and send money to paypal users?

not for just buying stuff, what if I want to make a donation to a paypal user.

I tried:
NETELLER, its good, but I can’t send money to paypal users or credit cards, just for NETELLER members.

e-gold, eh, does even … forget that.
Please I really need the help with this.
