What do “address line 1 and line 2″ mean?

I AM FILLING MY APPLICATION FORM IN ALERTPAY AT THE MOMENT AND DON’T KNOW WHAT TO WRITE IN ADDRESS LINE 1, LINE 2…
I NEED YOUR HELP, PLEASE, ASAP!

  1. If there isn’t a line for a suburb, write your suburb there on the 2nd address line.
    If there is a line for the suburb, the 2nd address line is there in case you run out of room on the 1st address line.

  2. Address 1 is usually your physical address (where you live). Address 2 would be a mailing address (where you actually want mail to go, i.e. a post office box).

  3. First, stop shouting.
    Second, if you have a long address, i.e.;

    Your Name
    123 Some Street
    Suite A or Apt 42
    Anytown, USA

    You would use address line 2. Otherwise the USPS is pretty smart and they will be able to figure it out.
