   The fee is put up by the seller, not the buyer.

   It’s on us sellers. WE pay a fee to accept paypal payment

   Paypal – No
   The seller – sometime the seller will charge extra 2-3 dollars.. Just read the the sellers terms prior to hitting the submit button.

   No , not when you pay using paypal. It is the receiver that pays the fee.

   Only if the seller says in his description “PayPal users please add 3%. That is what PayPal charges the seller, so occasionally you see a seller that passes the cost along, but rarely.
   Also, the seller might charge $2.00 ‘handling’. That might be to help cover PayPal, as well as packaging materials.

   ebay seller who eats the 3%
