It is spam as well as a hoax. I have gotten that email several times. Dont fall for it. Yahoo is not giving away any money. Would be nice but it is not true.

You’ll know it is a fake when they ask for your account password and login. Never give anyone your account password or login information regardless of what kind of account it is they are asking for. OBTW – Don’t enter your SSN or National ID number either.
