When you have a Paypal account, you can pay with echeck. Echeck is when they withdraw the money from your bank account to pay someone.

Link your PayPal account to a checking account, then you can make transfers out of your checking account to pay people, if your PayPal balance is zero. This can be an advantage because it takes a few days for the money to come out of your account, while payment with your PayPal account hits your balance immediately.

When using paypal you can send and receive money via the internet to pay someone or to receive money from someone.
You do this by registering with paypal at paypal.com and then choosing to send or get money. Pay pal will allow you to create an invoice or a money request and will keep track of who went to whom and when.
You can use your credit card to draw or send funds to or you may use your bank account. An echeck is nothing more than an electronic transaction sent to or from your bank like a check but thru the internet. So if you would like to send money to someone and do not have a credit card then an echeck is how it will get to them. Just fill out the step by step instructions on paypal and within minutes the echeck will arrive in their email account but remember since it is a check, the normal waiting period for a check will apply before the funds are fully released.
