Loading ...How safe is an International transaction through Paypal?
If I just send money to an international Chinese supplier through paypal instead of going through a website or ebay, how safe is it? Can I do what I think is called "open a case" against the transaction as soon as I send the money to make sure that paypal puts a hold on the funds untill I get my items? Or should I just forget this whole transaction with this person? I really cant afford to wait a month or 120 days to get my money back.

why do you want to open a case? what has gone wrong? paypal is extremely safe. check your emails as they’ll be advice after you made this purchase explaining how to open a dispute if you don’t receive your goods.
