I sold a engine on ebay that was purchased a week ago. However the buyer did not contact or make payment or anything. Please help me. Because if no payment is received I would like to relist the item!!!!
I already tried contacting them, no reply.

Send them a polite reminder, if you havent heard anything open a non paying bidder dispute on ebay. I do this on Day 8 (8 days after the auction end date), this will get their attention. Communicate through the dispute console only & dont close it until you have the payment in hand not the promise.
Dont hear from them at all, close the dispute when it allows you to & give them a strike. Then after that process is done, you can relist your item.
The above is the process I use but generally after my friendly reminder they pay up.

Did you send them the bill? Most buyers will send (via the website) the final amount including shipping and handling based on their address.
You say they didn’t contact you – but have you tried contacting them? Email them a few times. It’s possible they have mailed you a check, or are waiting for you to tell them the exact amount due

Well my mother sells on eBay and she is very patient, way more than I would be.
She gives them around 2 weeks to pay up, with reminder emails, and then if nothing she contacts eBay to get onto them.
(It seems too many on eBay are very lazy, because in my mind if you don’t have the money or credit card to pay, don’t bid or buy!)
So see what eBay say about this.

You must wait 7 days from the date that the auction ended before you can open an unpaid item case. When you open an unpaid item case it sends an e-mail to the buyer asking them to either pay for the item or confirm that they’re not going to pay for it. If the buyer takes action and confirms that they are not going to pay for the item, you’ll automatically be refunded your listing fees and will be able to relist the item. EBay will send you an e-mail letting you know if the buyer has taken action. However, if the buyer does not respond to the e-mail, you must wait an additional 7 days before you can file the case to get your listing fees back and relist your item. That’s a total of 14 days before you can relist the item. It’s a pain, but that’s just the way it works.
You could relist the item again before that time, but you’d be putting yourself at risk. Say, you relisted the item, someone else bought it, and then the original buyer decided to pay for it too. Since you wouldn’t have the item to send to the original buyer, they could give you negative feedback for listing an item that you didn’t have.
