Money is added to your PayPal account when another person, who is paying you for products or services, logs onto PayPal and places money into your account using your Email address.
The way to get money out of your PayPal account is to either:
1. Link a checking account that belongs to you to your PayPal account. You’ll access the "withdrawal" tab within PayPal to tell their system to transfer a certain amount of money from your PayPal account into your checking account.
2. Enroll in PayPal’s debit card program. You’ll find a link about it below.
