I don't have a bank account or a credit card and i was wondering if i could start a paypal account with a prepaid visa from stores like walmart. You know the gift card things. Thanks for the help. First one to tell me gets the best answer.

Yes. The prepaid VISA works exactly the same as a normal VISA.

You cannt use walmart card.
Walmart gift cards can only be used at walmart or sams.You cannt use it to verify your paypal account.
If you need to verify your paypal account,you can use your own credit card or use a paypal vcc.

I have used one prepaid card that I received as a mail-in-rebate just to cash the $5 I had leftover on it.
