Loading ...How long does PayPal take to start working?
I created an account yesterday, linked and confirmed my debit card, but my balance is still 0. Does PayPal start working as soon as you create an account, or do I have to wait for a day or two?
How do I add money to my account? The only option they have is a US bank, and I don 't have one as I'm not American!

The best way to do it, is to not "fund" your account, and if you have a credit card and bank account added, it will take a few days for them to verify your bank account, by making two small deposits, which you have to check your account balance, and post the deposits in your Paypal back office.
But, after wards, it takes a long time to fund your account, so you can just send money, or make a purchase, and it will automatically pull the money directly from your card or bank account, Its much quicker and easier this way. That's how I do it.
